Richard J. Tompkins, Esq.
Known widely as a criminal lawyer, and formerly as an Assistant District Attorney for Montgomery County, Mr. Tompkins has also earned a strong reputation as a litigator for matters of family law, personal injury and general civil litigation. A 1979 graduate of Villanova Law School, he was for some years Chief of the Narcotics Enforcement Team of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
