Robert H. Lefevre, Esq.

Mr. Lefevre concentrates a significant part of his practice on estates and trusts, including Orphan’s Court litigation. He is a candidate for the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation, with a focus on Estate Planning, at Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. Mr. Lefevre also practices extensively in the area of general civil litigation. Formerly of the Intellectual Property Group of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in Philadelphia, Mr. Lefevre’s practice includes a focus on trademark and copyright matters, both prosecution and litigation. He received his Juris Doctor from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. Mr. Lefevre is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, the Montgomery Estate Planning Council, the International Trademark Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Copyright Society of the USA, and the American Bar Association. He is the Chair-Elect of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section, and is active on the Montgomery Bar Association’s Probate and Tax Section.
